Naushad is a former Division I soccer player and tech employee turned holistic wellness coach. He is passionate about helping you feel more vitality and confidence in mind and body.
Through coaching, he guides you to develop a deeper awareness of your mindset, beliefs, and your own inner wisdom to create positive change in your life.
Naushad’s mind-body practices incorporate a holistic approach of meditation, breath work, yoga, primal movements, and functional strength.
His work experience spans across health care technology, integrative health, wellness (fitness, physical therapy, yoga), and transformational life coaching. He has over 12 years experience leading groups and working with high performers to optimize their health and wellbeing.
